ALAPPUZHA LIGHTHOUSE
The Alappuzha Lighthouse (or Alleppey Light) is situated in the coastal town of Alappuzha, Kerala. It was built in 1862 and is a major tourist attraction. Visitors are allowed between 1500 hours and 1630 hours on every weekday at an admission fee of 20 rupees for Indian citizens and 50 rupees for foreigners. This is the first of its kind in the Arabian sea coast of Kerala.

Revi karunakaran museum is located on the National Highway – 47 that passes through the city of Alappuzha. It is located quite close to the powerhouse bridge. This museum has been established by putting the items of antique and artistic values that were collected by Rev Karuna Karan during his lifetime. Karuna Karan was a renowned personality in the coir industry, but the collection of the antique and rare items was his passion. The International Coir Museum is established for showcasing the coir industry over the ages with the latest developments which has brought in a revolution. SREE KRISHNA SWAMY TEMPLE, AMBALAPUZHA
Ambalapuzha Sree Krishna Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna situated in Alappuzha district. Built-in the traditional Kerala style architectural pattern, the temple is famous for its delicious rice pudding prepared in sweet milk, popularly known as Pal Payasam. Also called as the ‘Dwarka of the South’, the temple is believed to have been built between 15th - 17th AD by the local king Chembakkassery Pooradam Thirunal Devanarayanan Thampuran.

MANNARASALA SREE NAGARAJA TEMPLE
Mannarasala Sree Nagaraja Temple in Alappuzha or Alleppey is an age-old temple dedicated to the serpent gods or the Nagaraja. ST. ANDREW'S BASILICA CHURCH ARTHUNKAL
St. Andrew's Basilica, Arthunkal is one of the famous pilgrim centres in South India. Though the Church is named after St. Andrew the Apostle, it is the feast of St. Sebastian that has brought fame to Arthunkal. The Christian presence in Arthunkal dates back to a very early period, to 7th Century or earlier. After the arrival of the Portuguese in Kerala Jesuit missionaries turned their attention to Arthunkal. They under¬took missionary work in Arthunkal from 1530 onwards. As there was a ban on Christian conversion till 1560 per mission to put up churches was hard to obtain. When Fr. Gasper Pious s was appointed the first Vicar of Arthunkal he managed to get permission to construct a Church.
